Brand management
Dedicated brand managers oversee brand management. They are responsible for cooperation with manufacturers, advertising activity, the management of the marketing budget, activities at sales points and sales results.


Sales department
The organisation of the sales department is adapted to the requirements of individual customer groups. Our highly qualified key account managers are responsible for cooperation with the largest network clients on the Polish market, such as the perfume chains Douglas, Sephora and the drugstore chains Rossmann, Natura, Super-Pharm, Hebe and others.

Furthermore, our trained and motivated sales representatives ensure daily local servicing of independent customers and perfume chains. They monitor stock levels, take orders and ensure the correct display of products, together with merchandising and visualisations. 

POS Communication
We conduct a range of activities at points of sale, such as:

Public relations and training for staff of points of sales 
Our public relations and training specialists provide information on new products in our portfolio, and build brand and product awareness among professional groups influencing consumer decisions. Logistics and customer service
We work together with the leading logistics operator to handle our customers' logistics requirements. Our customer service department ensures the rapid realization of orders within 48 hours and regular contact with customers with respect to deliveries or issues to be resolved.
